He was very professional, very accommodating, very knowledgeable. It was always very easy to get in touch with Ken. When we visited from out of town, he worked with our schedule seamlessly. When a few bumps arose from the seller's side, he was very gracious about it and worked through the problem so that we could close the deal. Before we had moved across the country, he even helped us get things repaired in the new place by coordinating a handyman and letting the handyman in while we were out of state. Grateful!
